Commerce Label, Inc. is a manufacturer of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) approved labels. Our UL and CSA label constructions are designed to meet a large, yet specific range of application needs.

UL Facts:
PGDQ2 approvals are for labels that are printed by us, the label converter, and will not receive additional printing by the end user.
PGJI2 approvals cover labels that are intended to receive additional printing by the end-use product manufacturer, using approved imprinting methods.
CSA approvals are categorized differently, we have CSA approvals for many of the same materials that are part of our UL approvals. Please click here for a listing of the CSA approvals.
As a manufacturer for UL- or CSA-approved products, any labels on your products that include safety-related information such as warnings, cautionary markings, installation instructions, and electrical ratings, must be UL and or CSA approved. The labels are manufactured by an agency-approved manufacturer, using an agency-recognized component marking & labeling system that relate to the product the label is applied to, and the particulars of its end use.
