UL/CSA Pressure Sensitive Labels

What is a UL Approved Label?

Underwriters Laboratories Inc. is an independent, not-for-profit product safety testing and certification organization. UL testing assures that labels are made from safe and durable materials that will remain on the product for the life of the product under regular use. The only way to determine if a label has been certified by UL is to look for the UL Mark on the label itself or on the packaging of the label. The UL Mark on a product means that UL has tested and evaluated representative samples of the material and determined that they meet UL's requirements. These requirements are primarily based on UL's own published Standards for Safety.
